Meet Barney

Barney is our tri-color multigenerational Cavapoo and one of the sweetest little guys you will ever meet, we are so lucky to have him. He has a curly coat in a beautiful tri-color pattern, soft fleece and very low shedding. In addition to his beautiful coat, he also has a very well balanced structure.

He is obedient, athletic, and agile with excellent recall and a great off switch inside the house. Especially when he comes to bed-time...he makes a bee line for the bed, insisting he gets to sleep under the covers. He is a mama's boy through and through. Barney also has a natural way with our puppies that we just love. He understands he needs to be gentle while they're new but once they reach the 'it's time to wrestle during all waking hours' stage, he's in this element and takes full advantage. He takes his fun uncle role very seriously!

One of the funniest things Barney does is make a beeline for his toys the second anyone walks through the door. He just has to have one in his mouth before he can properly say hello, preferring "Mr Porcupine" but any one of them will do!

We waited a long time to have a boy worth keeping back. The combination of structure, health, and temperament all has to be there, and Barney checks every single one. We never rush the decision to keep a puppy back for our breeding program because the goal is continuous improvement with each generation, and we believe Barney is an important step towards that goal.  He was absolutely worth the wait and we are excited to see his wonderful temperament, structure and health shine through in future generations.
