Meet Adelaide
Adelaide has a sweet, easygoing personality that’s hard not to love. She lives with her wonderful guardian family, and we’re so thankful for the home and life they provide for her. They absolutely adore her, and we love seeing how happy she is with them.
She has a rich chestnut red coat with touches of white and a beautiful loose wave. Her coat is incredibly soft, almost velvety, and remarkably low shedding. She’s a beautiful girl, but what we love most about Adelaide is how easy she is to live with. Addie gets along well with both people and other dogs, has excellent recall, and is trustworthy off leash. She’s the kind of dog who’s happy just being with her family. Whether everyone is outside enjoying the day or relaxing in the house, Adelaide is never far away.
Adelaide was a wonderful first-time mom. She was attentive, gentle, and took to motherhood naturally. One thing that really stood out to us was how comfortable she was letting two of our other dogs, who are completely puppy obsessed, come meet her puppies. She kept a close eye on everyone, but never seemed bothered by their visits. It was really sweet to watch and gave us another reason to love her.
One of our favorite things about Adelaide is how much she loves being close to her people. If you’re petting her and stop too soon, don’t be surprised if she gently places her paw on your arm as if she’s saying, “Excuse me… I don’t think we’re finished yet.” It makes us laugh every time.
We’re so thankful to have Adelaide as part of our program. She has a wonderful temperament, beautiful structure, and the kind of personality that makes her a joy to be around. We can’t wait to see those same qualities carried on in her future puppies.
Adelaide’s favorite things: TREATS, her daily walks around the area, her favorite neighbor, snuggling with her people, spending time with Daisy, and, if she's being honest, convincing everyone she is due for one more treat.
